Napoleon is a darling little rescue from Southern Indiana Animal Rescue. He’s being fostered by a mom that won’t easily give in to his little temper tantrums, even if they are the cutest things ever.

Napoleon is suspected of having dwarfism and also has some issues with his esophagus. Luckily, he’s being well cared for and loved a lot. Even if he has to sit by himself in the car. LOL!
