Shelter Dogs Chow Down On Starbucks Puppuccinos To Get Adopted

The Kitsap Humane Society in Washington is doing something pretty pawfect to promote their pups so they get adopted. They are taking them on trips to Starbucks to get a Puppuccino, one of Starbucks’ secret menu items, which is a small cup of whipped cream. Rescue volunteers then take their picture as they are lapping up their treat (and it’s all over their adorable faces!!!). What better way to see a pup’s adorable personality than seeing their happy, whipped cream expressions! This is genius!

Animal shelters across the country are using creative ways to promote adoption all thanks to social media. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other media outlets are flooded with adorable videos and photos of pets that need loving homes. This is why I support social media… a thousand percent! Anything to get the word out that we should adopt and NOT shop!

Let’s give a shout out to the Kitsap Humane Society for giving these loving, adorable dogs yummy treats and lots of opportunities to find their forever homes. YAY!
