When Tikka was rescued from the side of the road in a war torn area of Iraq, she was a scared, dirty and emaciated puppy. After a month with Thomas, her “soldier dad” and rescuer, she’s put on weight, is losing her fear and finding happiness… and they’re inseparable companions.
From Thomas: The locals are outright cruel to dogs. I cannot bear to see that kind of life for this little pup that I have come to love and care so much about. I want to bring her home with me, to the loving life that she deserves.
But it costs a lot and Thomas needs our help to bring Tikka home.
